Can I return my INKSY purchase?

No. You cannot return your INKSY, unless it is defective.

Art that is based on your own photos and individual specifications is considered to be tailor made and bespoke to you.

INKSY products fall into this category. Your INKSY order is custom-made to your specification and would not exist unless a personalised commission was provided from you.

These types of products, i.e. Personalised and tailor made products, are exempt from the “right to cancel” Consumer Contracts Regulations that online EU Retail Platforms adhere to.

This means you are unable to return your personalised INKSY product once you have received it unless it is defective.

Importance of Previewing your Order

Given that you cannot return your INKSY Art, it is very important that you review your order prior to purchase and make sure you are fully satisfied with the result.

Please use the preview function on our website and only place an order when you are 100% satisfied with the final design of your Art. Please double check that the Style and Print Format you are ordering is the correct one you intended to purchase since you will not be able to cancel your order once production has commenced.

My Product is Defective

If your INKSY product arrives damaged or defective then please, email photographic evidence of this to our customer support team support@inksy.art with subject line, “My INKSY is Defective” and we will be happy to provide a replacement.

Can I cancel my Order?

Yes, you can. However, this is provided that we have not already initiated production of your Artwork or dispatched the relevant products to you.

To cancel your INKSY BEFORE production has started, you must notify us by sending an email to: support@inksy.art.

Please note: the communication between our website and our manufacturing facilities is automated. Your order is sent for processing immediately after your payment is confirmed. It then sits in a queue to be manufactured and dispatched. Whether we are able to cancel your order, will depend on the volume of orders awaiting production and whether you order has already been started or not, when you contact us.
